Kiyoshi-Kyokai

Wow, so it's been a year since I wrote anything on dA... Putting together the iPAd game Super Psychic Chibi Fighters 3 (www.superchibi.com) with ~Tohlee (https://www.deviantart.com/tohlee) and the RPG Mystic Empyrean (www.mysticempyrean.com) with :iconk-atrina: is proving to be a lot of fun and also a good challenge. I don't really draw anymore these days--there are people out there better than me, and letting them do the work not only inspires my writing and programming more, but also gives me more time to produce a higher quality result. So these days my role is more of the producer and designer than of the artist. I'm ok with that, and I think I'm actually enjoying it

What a long strange trip it's been. I remember when I was starting to work on this project several months ago, how it formed in my head as a different game entirely, and how everything has come together to make Internet Defense a reality. But I'm getting ahead of myself. The game is for the iPhone. Having recently been laid off from my job as a programmer for contract apps (SciFi Wire, DVice, Citysearch, etc.), I decided to strike out on my own and try programming games for a living. I have this dream of using my artwork and writing to make money... but I'm not really sure where to start. I guess I should post a set of commission guidelines, right?
